your photography session

Your portrait session can be at our studio in Fayetteville or at your preferred location. We shoot indoors and outdoors based on your style and preferences. Our session will last until you’re confident that we’ve got everything you need.

We will create an online gallery of your images that is only accessible by you. Choose the images you like by simply selecting them in your gallery. You may return at any time and purchase additional images.

we deliver

Once you complete your purchase, retouching will be done. We will notify you when your content is ready to download. Simply log back in and download your purchase.

Please note that there are additional charges if you choose to purchase additional images or have prints made.

MAKEUP & STYLING?

We offer makeup and styling by request at an additional fee. However, most people are looking their best doing their own makeup. We don’t recommend false eyelashes, bright lipstick, and excessive contouring. Bring your own makeup and you can touch it up during our session. During retouching we will always make sure to deliver a flawless skin.

RETOUCHING?

Because everybody wants to look their best in their headshot or portrait all purchased images will be retouched. I prefer a natural look of my clients in their images. That’s unless you request otherwise. Your skin will always be retouched to achieve a flawless but natural look.

IMAGES?

Each purchase option includes a limited amount of digital images. We will create a password protected online gallery accessible to you only. You can choose the images you want to purchase by simply selecting them in the gallery. You may return to your gallery at any time and purchase additional images. We’ll keep the gallery up for 3 months.

STYLEGUIDE?

If you, or the company you are working for, has a certain style or look in mind I’m pretty sure we can accomplish that. Feel free to send me an email with pictures or links to websites that illustrates your ideas. If you have a pinterest account, feel free to share your board with me for inspiration.

LOCATION?

We shoot in studio, at your office, at your home or outdoors serving all of Northwest Arkansas, Bella Vista, Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville, Missouri and Oklahoma. Location shoots in our service area require an additional fee of $50. If your preferred location is outside of our Northwest Arkansas service area the fee will be based on travel needed.

RESCHEDULING?

Things like inclement weather, sickness, etc. happen and I understand that sometimes we have to reschedule. We have a 48 hour rescheduling policy, which means as long as you reschedule your session giving us two days notice, there will be no additional charge. In case you need to reschedule giving us less than a two days notice, there’s a $50 rescheduling fee.

BOOKING FEE?

We require a non-refundable 50% booking fee of the total session cost when we confirm your booking date and location. The booking fee will be applied to your total cost for the session.
